“A Tale of Two Economies: Development Dynamics of India and Malaysia” attempts to make a comparative analysis of the development dynamics of India and Malaysia with reference to resource mobilization from the rural and the rest-of-the-world sectors, and also resource generation and utilization by the urban sector. The interactive influences of the rural and urban sectors, together with their class equations are taken as the epistemic basis for explaining the resource-use efficiency and the development dynamics of these two countries.
